We are extremely pleased and proud to announce that yesterday we presented the Great North Air Ambulance Service with a cheque for the total raised at this year's CornShed festival - a whopping £18,000 !!

The total amount raised at the Beer Festival this year will be confirmed soon.

We would like to say a huge Thank You to everyone who helped us in any way - volunteers, sponsors, donations - to raise this fantastic amount of money for such an important and worthy cause.

Update 26/8/14

Not long to go now! There's still chance to get yourself tickets for the Charity Beer Festival this year. Tickets are £10 each and there will be lots of different beers to try as well as ciders, perry, wine and soft drinks. The bars operate a beer card system (no cash) so you will need to purchase a quick start pack on arrival for £10 that includes a beer card worth £7.50, a commemorative beer glass and a programme. There will also be lots of great bands performing!

So come along and help us raise lots of money for the Great North Air Ambulance Service!

For those of you experiencing withdrawal symptoms from the CornShed, fear not! Tickets are now on sale for the next event this year - the CornShed Charity Beer Festival!

This is on Saturday 6th September from 3pm until midnight, and tickets are £10 each. There will be over 50 real ales and cider to sample, with wine and soft drinks available too, and fabulous live music!

Well what an amazing weekend!!

We had such a fabulous two nights of entertainment last weekend! Thank you so much to everyone who came along to support us - we hope you all had a fantastic time. To our army of crew and helpers - thank you for all of your hard graft! And to the fabulous artists we had performing, it was nice to see some some new faces - you were all fantastic, hope you enjoyed yourselves too!
